Cazual Classics: Demystifying Fulfillment Time and Delivery Estimates

Cazual Classics Fulfillment and Delivery Time Guide

At Cazual Classics, we understand the importance of timely delivery when shopping for custom clothing online. Whether you’re seeking a new staple for your casual wardrobe or a timeless piece that embodies classic style, knowing how our order fulfillment process works will help set clear expectations for when you’ll receive your items.

What is Fulfillment Time?

Fulfillment time refers to the period required to create your custom product before it’s ready for shipping. Our fulfillment time is measured in business days, typically ranging from 2 to 5 business days for all production techniques, including printing and embroidery.

  • 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.
  • Over 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

How We Calculate Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

At Cazual Classics, our Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is a key factor in predicting when your order will arrive. We calculate EDT using this simple equation:

Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

Important Fulfillment and Shipping Notes

  • Fulfillment Time vs. Shipping Time: Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an accurate idea of when your order will arrive, you should add the estimated fulfillment time to the estimated shipping time. You can easily find this information on each product page under the "Estimated Delivery Date."
  • Order Holds: Please note that our fulfillment times don’t account for potential delays if an order is put on hold, such as for payment verification or customization issues.
  • Large Orders: While larger orders may take a bit longer to fulfill, they will still be processed within 5 business days. Remember, our fulfillment times are estimates, not guarantees.

Why Might an Order Be Delayed?

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, some factors may cause your order to arrive past its expected date:

  • Print or Embroidery File Issues: Any problems with the design files can delay production.
  • Shipping Delays: External factors like failed delivery attempts, courier service disruptions, or severe weather conditions can affect shipping times.

What to Do If Your Order is Delayed

If your order’s estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend waiting a few additional days. If it still hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, please reach out to our customer service team via email or through our contact page. We’re committed to ensuring your classic or casual pieces arrive as soon as possible.
